Phillip Roland Livingston

March 13, 1933 - May 7, 2022

Phillip Roland Livingston Sr., 89, a longtime resident of Afton, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022. Mr. Livingston was born in Colony, Kansas on March 13, 1933 to Howard and Imo Livingston, he was one of five sons. Phillip and his wife, Debra were parents to five sons. Mr. Livingston served his country proudly in the United States Army in the Korean War. Phillip loved working with his hands. He was an electrician by trade, a phone installer and lineman. He was also an expert in electronics. When he wasn’t working he was enjoying life to its fullest. As a hobby he was a gemologist. He was a spelunker and enjoyed exploring caves. Those left to share his memory is his son, Phillip Livingston Jr. of Monkey Island, Oklahoma, son, Scott Livingston and his wife Roxanne of Miami, Oklahoma, son, Joseph Livingston and his wife Theresa of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and son William Livingston of Dewey, Oklahoma. Mr. Livingston was also grandfather to nine beautiful grandbabies and many nieces and nephews. Preceding Mr. Livingston in death is his wife Debra Livingston, his parents, Howard and Imo Livingston and his son Eric Livingston. Mr. Livingston’s wishes were to cremated. Services have been entrusted with Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami, Oklahoma. There will be a service in Colony, Kansas for family and friends at a later date.
