Glenda Couch

December 9, 1961 - December 22, 2020

Glenda Ann Couch, 59, a long time Fairland resident passed away at Mercy Hospital on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Glenda was born in Caney, Kansas to Charles Henry and Betty Lou (Cox) Ridenour. Mrs. Couch a proud member of the Choctaw Nation. Glenda graduated from Fairland high School and became a nurse where she had a true passion to help others, something she took major pride in. A common occurrence would be talking to her on the phone and all of a sudden getting yelled at, in reality she was yelling at the sports on the tv, especially if the Oklahoma Sooners are playing football. Mrs. Couch loved her dogs, but over anything else her love for the family and grandkids was unmatched. Glenda is preceded in passing by her parents Charles and Betty Lou Ridenour, along with her Husband Paul Couch, Brother Wayne Ridenour, sister Rona Stevens, and two Great Grandkids. Survivors include her Daughters Beth Ann and Husband Nathan, and Mary, Brothers Glen and wife Wanda, Jerry and wife Lessa, Sisters Angela and Husband David, Cheryl and husband Matt, and Cindy, Grandchildren William, Heather, Emma, and Tony as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Glenda’s wishes were to be cremated and services will be held at a later date. Cremation Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
