Services for Charles Lafayette Patterson, 64, passed away May 15, 2020 at Freeman Hospital, Joplin, Missouri after a short illness. Charles was born in Miami, Oklahoma to parents, Horace and Vernice Patterson, also deceased. He was a member of the 1975 Miami High school graduating class. He lived most of his life in Miami plus a few years on Grand Lake. Charles is survived by three sisters; Kathy Jackson and husband Don of Grove, Donna Mills of Miami, Debbie King and husband Ralph of Edmond, six nieces and nephews, twelve great nieces and nephews and one great-great nephew. Arrangements are currently pending. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association or the AAFA / ASthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Services are under teh direction of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Miami.
