Marsha Ann McMinn

Marsha Ann McMinn, Beloved Mother, Wife, Nana, homemaker, and Rancher, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the age of 80. Marsha was born on November 15, 1945, in Joplin, to Fred A. and Marie (Goodrich) Marold. On October 5, 1981, she married her husband of thirty-five years, Chuck McMinn, in Edwardsville, Illinois. Marsha and Chuck owned and trained thoroughbred horses. The family would follow the seasons at the different racetracks. Marsha found a job that fit her at Freeman Heart Institute. She treasured being Nana to her grandchildren. She had a passion for crafting, gardening, and keeping up her flower beds every year, and was a member of the Miami Garden Club, a member of First Christian Church in Miami, and was active in helping with Vacation Bible School. Chuck preceded Marsha in passing along with her parents, Fred A. and Marie Marold. Survivors include her children, Renee Norris and her husband Mike of Overland Park, Kansas, Brandon Graham and his wife Lisa of Seneca, Tonya Reither and her husband Donavan of Joplin, and Justin Graham and his wife Lacie of Seneca, a brother Fred Marold and his wife Maggie, of Joplin, Rocky McMinn of Wyandotte, Travis McMinn and his wife Missi of Bluejacket, Brandon McMinn and his wife Jessica of Wyandotte, and her sixteen grandchildren Shelby Young and her husband Luke, Chelsea Webb and her husband Dillan, Braxton Graham and his wife Megan, Blaze Graham, Tatum Stogsdill, Triston Stogsdill, Lane Graham, Jaxson Graham, Ella Graham and Jaycie Graham, Allison Vanatta, Chelsey Vanatta, Kelsey Bamberry, Catherine Slaton, Doug E McMinn, Ellie McMinn, her great grandchildren Lexi Young, Addi Young, Lincoln Graham, Lucy Graham, Cruze Webb, Addie Webb, Maggie Mae Webb, and Oaklynn Graham. Visitation will be from 9 AM until service Time at 10 AM on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at First Christian Church in Miami. Services are 10 AM, Saturday, April 18, 2026 at First Christian Church in Miami with Pastor Leon Weece officiating. Interment will follow at the Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery. Services have been placed in the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami. Casketbearers will be her grandsons, Braxton Graham, Blaze Graham, Triston Stogsdill, Lane Graham, Jaxson Graham, Luke Young, and Dillan Webb.
